Most of our customers are not storing things forever. They need a few weeks or months of space while life sorts itself out.
When the move dates do not line up
Your lease ends on Friday but settlement is not for another three weeks. Or the new place is a two-bedroom and you are coming from a house. Storage takes the pressure off. Put the furniture and boxes in a unit, then move them across when you are ready.

Common questions
When can I get to my unit?
Any time during access hours, using your own access code. Your storage agreement sets out the hours.
Who can open my unit?
Only you. You fit your own padlock, so nobody else can open your unit.
Is there a minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 4 weeks. After that you can stay month by month and leave with notice.
Is my stored property insured?
Your goods are not covered by our insurance. Check whether your home and contents policy covers items in storage, or arrange separate storage insurance before you move in.
What am I not allowed to store?
No food or perishables, live animals or plants, flammable or hazardous materials (including petrol, gas bottles and paint thinners), firearms or explosives, illegal items, or anything that smells or leaks. The full list is in our Storage Terms.
Do I need to be a storage customer to buy a kit?
No. The shop is open to everyone, storage customer or not.
